Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using OmniSignal, operated by Savannah Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
OmniSignal is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:
- Trend intelligence and analytics
- Digital marketing insights
- API access for data integration
- Dashboard and reporting tools
- Subscription-based access tiers
User Accounts
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
- One person or entity may maintain only one account
Account Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
- Provide accurate billing information
- Comply with all applicable laws
Subscription Plans and Billing
Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and features are available on our pricing page.
Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Payments are processed through Stripe and M-Pesa
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Auto-renewal can be disabled in account settings
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
- Access and use the service for legitimate business purposes
- Integrate with your applications using our API
- Export data for your internal analysis
- Share insights with your team members
Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Using the service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Exceeding API rate limits or usage quotas
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Scraping or automated data harvesting
- Competing with OmniSignal using our data
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
OmniSignal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Savannah Intelligence and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of any data you input into our service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. Service credits may be available for extended outages as outlined in our SLA.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
By Us

Disclaimers and Warranties
Important Disclaimer
OMNISIGNAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savannah Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of OmniSignal. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savannah Intelligence and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
